Enrolment requirements
- Minimum of two dogs, one of which must be a breeding female or
- Minimum of two breeding cats
- Dog Breeders: Hold current or financial membership with NZKC
- Cat Breeders: Hold a current or financial membership with an existing, recognised national governing body which is a member of the World Cat Congress
- Abide by Mars Animal Welfare Policy
- Abide by kennel/cattery and breeding standards as defined by your governing body, and in accordance with any state, federal, council or country laws, especially in relation to animal welfare
- Exclusively feed and actively recommend Royal Canin®
- Distribute ROYAL CANIN® Puppy or Kitten Recommendation Packs to each new pet owner to ensure each new pet owner receives a diet recommendation & feeding instructions from their breeder, accompanied by a ROYAL CANIN® Recommendation Pack
- Explain the ROYAL CANIN® Recommendation Pack Process to each new owner
Breeders Club Terms & Conditions
- Royal Canin reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate membership at any time.
- Your Membership number and webshop ordering are for your own private use only and log in details for your account are not to be passed on to others, bags must not be resold to any third party. The alternate delivery address option on the webshop is only to be used to supply products in circumstances where you still hold ownership or co-ownership of that animal with the registry body and are providing food for that animal. Proof of ownership or co-ownership may be requested by Royal Canin.
Puppy & Kitten Packs
- Puppy and Kitten packs are available for litters raised on ROYAL CANIN® food ordered from the ROYAL CANIN® Breeders Club Webshop.
- If the Breeder has not ordered puppy or kitten food from the ROYAL CANIN® Breeders Club Webshop in the past 6 months packs may be removed from an order.
- Packs will only be sent out with a paid order.
- A maximum of 12 packs can be claimed per litter and a maximum of 3 litters can be registered per order.
- Any litter registration details provided must be genuine and the amount of puppy or kittens in a litter must be correct.
- If litter details entered are found to be incorrect we reserve the right to terminate your Breeders Club Membership.
Breeder Referral Programme
- Breeder Referral Programme is open to Members of the Royal Canin Breeders Club.
- Promotion is not open to Royal Canin® Ambassadors
- Referred Breeders must sign up via https://www.promos.royalcanin.co.nz/breeders/register and meet the membership requirements of the Royal Canin Breeders Club to have their account activated.
- The referred breeder must select the ‘Recommended by another Breeder’ under the ‘Where did you hear about Royal Canin’ on the signup form and clearly state the referring breeders name in the ‘Breeder Name’ box.
- The referred Breeder must place an order at the Webshop within 3 months of signing up for the referring breeder to receive their 20 points referral reward.
- Earn 20 Bonus Points when you recommend ROYAL CANIN® to 5 new qualifying breeders
- Breeder Referral Programme is valid from 1st May 2020 until further notice, Royal Canin reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
- Any points earnt as part of this programme will be added to the referring breeder's Breeder Rewards account at the start of the following month.
Webshop Volume Discount
- Only available to Royal Canin Breeders Club members at the Webshop.
- Webshop Volume Discount is ongoing and Royal Canin reserves the right to terminate at any time.
- Volume Discount is subject to product availability.
- Volume discount is calculated on all available items at the Webshop, excluding Puppy or Kitten Packs.
- Volume discount is available in conjunction with other promotional discounts.
- Where applicable the volume discount is calculated on the item price after a promotional discount has been applied.
- Items weight must meet minimum levels prior to the cart being recalculated, additional weight for freight/packaging does not count towards the volume discount weight.

Royal Canin Academy
- Access to Royal Canin Academy is available to Royal Canin Breeders Club Members who have made a purchase at the Royal Canin Webshop in the previous 6 month period.
- Access is updated at the beginning for each calender month.
- Breeder Rewards Points are added as per the Breeders Rewards Terms & Conditions.
